played a big role in the design, as well as the selection of lamps from renowned Italian brands.

The space filled with a large amount of daylight was further refined by the selection of light tones and
materials such as Spanish reed, which is woven through as an important detail in this project. For the
needs of a young married couple, we imagined this space of 120 m2 as an oasis for socializing and
enjoying with friends.

The modern way of life implies a rapid and constant change in the daily routine. That was our inspiration to create a modern yet comfortable home, using the main rules of design: functionality, comfort and aesthetics. During the renovation process, the 177m2 apartment completely underwent a change of functional zones. By removing the partition walls, we got an open and clean space, which is more suitable to the life dynamics of a young family.

The selection of darker tones for custom-made furniture in combination with light wall coverings in the form of decorative bricks and ceramics, opened up the space and made it youthful. The prejudice that industrial loft design is reserved for younger people, and that reduced minimalism is typical for middle-aged people, in our example proved to be incorrect. This 75m2 apartment has been completely renovated and adapted for the needs of our client’s functional and modern lifestyle.

At first glance, the elegant interior of a male apartment measuring 80m2 was designed as a concept with enough space for socializing and entertainment, with the use of darker tones, concrete as a decorative element and glass as a final touch in some parts. The implementation of raw rock in combination with the concrete technique creates the feeling of a man cave, while on the other hand, the warmth of American walnut completes this space and makes it a home.

Located in a rural area outside the city crowd, this 80m2 space is intended for socializing and is designed to meet all the functional requirements of the clients, while the aesthetics absolutely correspond with the context of the object. The center of the space is dominated by the fireplace, which carries the presence of a “family hearth” and the feeling of warmth of a family home, so that visitors feel relaxed and cozy.
